Carla Rogel
Carla Rogel is an audiovisual storyteller. He writes and directs fashion films, video art pieces, video clips and short films. He has won the award for best emerging talent at the South African fashion film festival.
She is an expert in film narrative and has a degree in Audiovisual Communication. He is currently writing his doctoral thesis on new audiovisual languages in the digital sector.
Jesús Armesto
Trained at the Barcelona Film School, and resident in the Catalan capital, Jesús Armesto (Écija, 1978), accompanies a cinematographic career that began in 2006, with photography and audiovisual production.
He is a founding partner of the production company Almutafilm, and has taught several workshops and seminars on cinema and contemporary culture. With his work he has been present at different international film festivals, such as the Cinespagna Festival in Toulouse, the Tonicorti Film Festival in Padua, or the AMAL Euro-Arab Film Festival.
Writer of numerous texts on philosophy, anthropology, politics and cinema, he has participated in various forums and conferences. He was president of the association of hospitality and reception of refugees, Espais Berakah during the year 2017. He is currently working on the post-production of his fourth feature film, a documentary shot in the refugee camp in Calais, entitled “The Burgesses of Calais, the last frontier”.
Josep Mª Machado
Josep Machado, telecommunications engineer and cultural manager.
In addition to his work as an engineer, he is passionate about cinema in all its facets, a passion that has led him to be co-director and founder of the Americana Film Fest, where he combines his technical side with the artistic side making festival programming and management tasks for 5 years.
He also collaborates with the Cultural Association for the Diffusion of North American Cinema in the realization of cycles for civic centers and in educational projects.
Estephania Bonnett
Estephania has a master’s degree in Executive Production of Film and Television from Pompeu Fabra University, Barcelona. And he also has an undergraduate degree in Cinematographic Direction from the University of Cinema, Argentina.
He has worked in important film and television production companies in Argentina, Colombia and Spain. In 2013 he co-created his company Black Factory Cinema, with which he holds the renowned training workshops for emerging world authors together with consecrated golds of the cinema.
He has currently produced four workshops with the Iranian filmmaker Abbas Kiarostami in Bogota (2014), Barcelona (2015) and Cuba (2016) and with the German director Werner Herzog in Cuba (2017). It also distributes the more than 50 short films, the result of the workshops, in various festivals around the world.
Christian Guiriguet
After his studies in image and sound, lighting for photography and cinematographic direction, and following his career as a director, he discovers the profession of actor.
He co-stars in television series such as “Pere i Júlia” or “Centre Médic” and participates in others such as “Polseres vermelles” or “La Riera”. He also appeared in the cinema with “Ingrid” by Eduard Cortés and in the theater with “Closer” by Patrick Marber (dir. Gerardo Gentile). In turn, he directs short films such as “El flascó petit” or “El dia zero” and music videos such as “Hivern” by Sr. Mit or “Desig” by Strombers. He currently stars in the advertisement for “Trivago” and is preparing the direction of the short films “Per tu m’enamoraria” and “Multiplicity”.
In the technical part, he is a camera operator for Barranco Films in documentaries such as “Caure de Niu”, “Nudes” or “With my heart on my knees”.
