Laia Colet
Artistic director trained at the Barcelona Theater Institute and New York University.
Since 1994 he has worked with directors such as Pedro Almodóvar (Hable con ella), Ridley Scott (Exodus), Steven Soderbergh (Che, el Argentino), Ken Loach (The song of Carla and Tierra y Libertad), Icíar Bollaín (Katmandú), Santiago Tabernero (Presentimientos), Kike Maíllo (Eva), Marc Recha (The cherry tree) and Tom Tywer (El Perfume), among others.
He has also worked on more than 80 commercials, most of them shot in Spain.
Marc Riera
Audiovisual director, producer and musician. He begins his career as a sound technician and musician. All his projects have a common denominator, the use of music as a backbone thus bringing together his two great passions. Since then, he has made many advertising spots, reports, “highlights” of events, etc…
He currently directs the audiovisual production “El Cocu” and works at Canal Terrassa Vallès performing production and other audiovisual tasks. In addition, he occasionally teaches master’s degrees in digital sound mixing at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and is in charge of the artistic production of LPs of different musical groups.
He has won various commendations and awards, including the 1st prize at the MOFILM Chicago 2013 International Spots Festival and is part of the team of ambassadors for the Olympus camera brand.
Marta Nieto
Programmer of the Barcelona International Women’s Film Festival and member of the Drac Màgic content team.
Between 2009 and 2012 he was a member of the BccN Barcelona Creative Commons Films Festival organization. He regularly collaborates with the festival of radical entertainment and guerilla art The Influencers. She has worked on several publishing projects as an editor, translator and proofreader.
Since 2013 it has also manifested itself through the fanzine Bravas, written, cut, pasted, photocopied and stapled together with Tania Terror.
Marta Torres
Journalist, critic and web editor specializing in the fantastic Judexfanzine. Host of the film and science fiction section of Com Ràdio’s Digitals program (currently XAL) and of the Wonder Woman section on pop subculture on Ràdio Cornellà.
He has collaborated with the Sitges Festival in the organization of the Fandom Sitges digital video contest. Every year he organizes a round table on cinema and new technologies at the Cryptshow Festival in Badalona. As a journalist, he has also worked in the culture section of the magazine Alhora i Plana XIX, and in the society section of Europa Press.
As a documentary filmmaker, he has also directed a series dedicated to short films called “Cortografias”.
Founder of “historias de…”, a project that develops citizen participation websites, including Bdebarna, with more than 2300 real stories about the city of Barcelona. Right now he is working on a short documentary about Barcelona.
Toni Cobos
Degree in Theory of Literature and Comparative Literature, trainer and specialist in child and family work, cinephile and connoisseur of the Mostra since its inception.
His relationship with Mabuse began as an educator at the Youth Development Service in the Besòs area. Currently coordinator of the Training Center Trinitat Vella.
